There are very useful tools in the Jumbo U2 file to generate postscript
width tables: see XYWWWEB.INF (PostWidth, PWDir, PF2AFM, etc.). I have
produced several usable width tables using those tools or the Signature
utility ADDPS.ZIP. Don't use the Xy4 ADDPS4.EXE version.
