Not my experience at all. I often have three OpSyses on one hard drive, and
use BM to manage them. Windows Service Packs don't faze Boot Manager. The
original _installation disk_ for Win2K does screw it up -- but then, you just
use an OS/2 MCP install CD (or diskettes), drop to an OS/2 prompt and use the
latest version of LVM (Logical Volume Manager) to first delete, then reinstall,
BM. Just takes a minute or so. But apart from that, the MBR hasn't got
anything to do with the the primary _partition_ that contains BM! They are
unrelated and disconnected. I'm running he very latest of this and that.
Years and years go by and I never have a problem with multi-boots. So I would
say that "rather accomplished" is a very relative status.
