[Nbstart.int] comes empty...almost. It has 1 byte(?) in it. When you open the file in Xywrite or NB it looks empty, but in an ascii text editor (NoteTab) it has a small box, which I assume is a bit of code. Erase the code and try to start NB and you get a program failure dialog.Michael Norman
