Kerning

A colleague at Xyquest told me about pseudo-kerning using any printer with
HP's PCL3 or later. The routine has been incorporated into my Enhanced menus/dialogs,
available here for download. Glitch: use pseudo-kerning only for headlines and the like;
it does not work with justified text because it bypasses the width tables in the printer
file.
