More on double-specifying type size:
You can do a spiffy "fake" small caps by (1) reducing the point size and (2) expanding the
type width (and typing in all caps, of course). A typical XPL routine would reduce the point size of
highlighted type by a certain percentage and expand the width by a certain percentage. A little
experimentation is very rewarding. (I've also coded this into my little menu/dialog routines.)
