FYI, there's a new IBMKBD.SYS; seems to make my keyboard a bit snappier. May help
with other problems (e.g. sticky keys) that users have reported (but I dunno, I
don't have those problems).
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/os2ddpak/ibmkeybd.exe
UNZIP it in a temporary directory, run IBMKINST.EXE, reboot. Saves the old driver
to IBMKBD.SAV.
