Changing to real quotation marks in Word is simple. First, you
have to set up Auto-Correct so that it can make the correction.
Second, once you have done so, run a search and replace, with an
ordinary quotation mark in both search and replace positions. If
you check "replace all," it replaces the old ones with the real
ones.
