A variety of buglets in MARKUP.PM have been fixed. In addition,
I made some some changes. This is a good one.

Be sure that it says "v1.0c" or higher on the first line of
MARKUP.PM. Fetch this new version if you don't see that!

Improvements:

- you can now SAve the current markup set when you Abort in
mid-run, and also after a complete run (formerly, only possible
after a finished run)

- the PRompt line always shows the current replacement pair,
with the first replacement on the left and the second on the
right, e.g.: |. If they're reversed, e.g. |, then
 will be put first (or only, if you're changed just one tag
instead of a pair). Hit "T" to toggle the tags (reverse their
order).

- GUILLEMT.KBD (in MARKUP.ZIP) now includes, in addition to
guillemets, sample KBD assignments for ANSI ``, '', `, and ', as
well as XyWrite ``[264], ''[265], `[266], and '[267]
