Even if it isn't the policy, it would be in TTG's best interests
to post the changes: functions added as well as those deleted or
renamed.

Some software companies like Corel spin out an upgrade a year
from 3 to 5), and users are hardly given a chance to settle into
the new version. However, the obstacle that TTG faces
(depending on its upgrade percentage) is that many of us have
used 3+ for years and years and that makes it all the harder to
change into a new version.

Think of it as . . . encouragement.
