NB menu??

Has anyone figured out how NBWin handles its menus? XyWin
and XyDOS use xxx.mnu files that make it easy to alter the menu
system.

I can't find anything similar with NBWin, although the editor itself
loads and more-or-less uses my Xywrite menu and dlg files. The
Xywrite approach is so wonderfully elegant and customizable that I
can't see why NB would leave it unused.   The startup file doesn't
load anything I can recognize as a menu file.
