Color palette utility for OS/2?

OS/2 users only:

This is tangential at best to anything Xy-related, but ... further
to the recent discussion of VGA screen palette tools for DOS, is
anyone aware of a utility that will achieve similar results
(250,000+ colors) for full-screen, character-based sessions in OS/2?
I know of Rexx scripts that manipulate ANSI escape sequences, but
that's only 256 colors. Having the whole quarter-mill has long been
on my wish list.
