Yes it is still unresolved and yes my machine cannot allocate EMS. However I am not trying to raise
the issue again. As you suggest, there is no solution with my current motherboard. The sole
purpose of my question to Patricia was to discover if ASUS motherboards might offer more hope when I
come to change my board again.
