Thanks, George. That really nails it. Now, let's see: "Technical support for
the XyWrite product line is available on a pay-per-call basis at a rate of
$1.00 per minute, by calling (410) 576-2040 and selecting Option 2. Payment
methods include VISA or MasterCard." No 800 number?
