Notabene

A friend is looking for good software for writing articles and
footnoted/indexed books. Who should he contact about Notabene who can both
dazzle him about it and be relied on for straight talk on its merits compared
with other contemporary software? (I'm no help -- strictly a XYWrite diehard
still trying to get it working with new computer & printer setup)
