No go. Wordport cannot do it either. Come to think of it, why do you need
two sets of footnotes? I've edited a good few books with footnotes, and
read far many more, and I don't recall ever seeing double notes. Notes
and a glossary or notes and biblio, sure. In fact, if I were editing such
a work, I'd strongly recommend making one set into author-date
references.
