Ascii-10 Again

Harry and all:

An addendum to my last message about CHanging lone Ascii-10's to
[10+13] line ends, in which I said:

-> In theory, the down-arrow wildcard should work in XPL, too;
-> but in my tests it's erratic, at least in BX commands.

Well, I took a second look and I retract that. The wildcard _does_ work in XPL (I
misinterpreted what I was seeing on screen before).

BUT: the 1-byte Ascii-10 works 5 times faster than the wildcard on long files. So ...
I'll stick with CrLf.PM as is.
