Are you sure you want to join this despised thread, Rene? You might
find yourself in someone's filter.

I never used WordStar, but the WordPerfect "expanded" view (Show
Commands, was it called?) was a mess to work in. If you hit the wrong
key the cursor would go nuts, and there was nothing easy about editing
it, nor any consistency about the formatting.
