new web page instructions

when the instructions give you the symbol y (with two dots over it) what do you mean?
At first I thought it was a BX but that doesn't seem to work. ( I
can't get my mail program to accept the characters from my clipboard
file.)

also when the symbol for a square shows up, is that a space?

I was trying to load reorgniz.u2.. the command i put in my int file
reads

BX Load c:\xy4\reorgniz.u2 ;*;

I'm getting an error message on startup.. and yes, I am probably
procrastinating by doing this now, but since I am I could use the
assistance.
