Carl and Kenny note, correctly, that the NB command has to fall outside the
terminating semicolon in a style statement. I had suspected that, but I
hadn't had time to test it. You can also put other stuff to the right of the
semi, including text. Might be fun to experiment with.
It's no problem that NB deals with lines of text; that's what you want
anyway--a certain number of lines of text following a heading.
