uniqcomp.pm - Working for others?

Everyone,

I am still having problems, i think, with uniqcomp.pm.
When i try and use it, it gets into a hardloop and puts repeated
copies of NMIN until i stop the program.
For someone who is having success, could you please try the program
on the sample text files i've included?
I think this could be a really great program, but i seem to be having
problems.
