Hi, Doug,

I wish I had a good answer to that one, but I'm still looking for
my ideal (and totally compatible) graphics card. From the cards
I've tried, Diamond, Number 9, and ATI didn't offer alternatives.

I don't think it has occurred to the card manufactures to come up
with such a choice because with the exception of Window's notepad
and Xywin, no one uses those wretched fonts. (I had associated Xy
3.55 with TXT and INI files to avoid Notepad.)

But I agree with you 100 percent--it would make a world of
difference if it could be otherwise.
