Heads up: No more programming for 9x...

Heads up:

I'm about to throw away, in the trash, my last computer with
Windows 95 and Windows NT SP6 on it. Practically speaking, this
means, not exactly "no more programming" for those platforms,
but no more _checking_ that programs actually work on those
platforms!

If anyone seriously objects to this, the time to speak is NOW!
Next 48 hours or so... Otherwise -- out the window it goes.
