Hello Tom,

If I recall right, the here mentioned Bob Tibbetts was in the habit of doing this. If they have gone through his hands, this might just be case. This is utter frustration, and reminds me of my long gone father who �fixed� my police car when I was four or something (it was too loud). God bless his soul! What is the point of a programmable keyboard when you take the guts out of it. Beware us of those handymen...

This is with Both keyboards, so suspect there�s a systemic problem⬦it is possible that the bios/programming chip was removed from these keyboards at some point in refurbishing, but can�t recall and have no idea if that would matter.
