Bill's suggestion that they are somehow being overridden seems plausible. What happens if you issue the commands manually, from the command line, after startup.int has finished running: D SW=100 D SL=35 WINDOW 1 I assume that, XyWrite aside, you can get 100x35 screen dimensions in DOS? -- Carl Distefano cld@xxxxxxxxxx
