Time to try a different tool. Look at some of the visual file-
comparison utilities. WinMerge (http://winmerge.org/) and Beyond
Compare (http://www.scootersoftware.com/) get good notices. My
favorite is ExamDiff (http://www.prestosoft.com/edp_examdiff.asp).
Compact, no-nonsense, and does the job. Give it a try.
