John, do you know if the device you see this error on is using a proxy to connect to the internet (say, if it is managed for work or perhaps has some filtering service installed)? A proxy configuration can get in the way of certificate handling.

Browser history deleted, but same result. And it occurs with Brave, MS Edge and Chrome as well. If this is a narrow tech support issue, no need to pursue it here, but in case anyone else on 11 Pro has encountered it(?)

fine). Firefox even opens the PDFs to view without downloading the file
