There has been a bit of conversation about InstallShield and
NB trying to pawn off problems to it. I know a great deal about InstallShield,
especially the IS install for Xy. As I recall, InstallShield neither installs
nor uninstalls printers. That has to be done separately using the Printer
Setup applet. InstallShield will dirty many other parts of your system, but not
the printer setup.
What was the original problem anyway? I must have missed the
message.
