Re: U2 glitches

Judith:

Are you CAlling XYWWWEB.INF manually or are you using
Help or Index? And when you speak of
"Formatted View", do you mean the view that shows page
breaks visually with a horizontal rule? What value of
default DT do you set in SETTINGS.DFL?

If you're CAlling XYWWWEB.INF manually, try using one of
the above Helpkey commands instead. Because CAlling the
file with visual page breaks may be causing the crash,
and the Helpkey commands force the file to display (in
Xy4) in Draft View/No Markers (i.e. with $DT=9), which
omits page breaks. If you must call the file manually,
use CA/9 XYWWWEB.INF to force the file to display in
Draft View.

As for your Alt-Tab problem, one obvious thing to try is
to undo the Helpkey assignment to Alt. Have you made any
other changes to .KBD file since the problem appeared?
If so, undo them as well.

Keep us posted.
