Many thanks for looking at this so quickly. Most, if not all, of the
compilation errors you mention seem to relate to material within comments. I've
posted a revision that deletes some comments and adopts the alternate comment
symbol (//) for the few that remain. The em-en transposition is corrected.

Please download again at http://users.datarealm.com/ammaze/xfer/xycmline.zip.

I only have WP9, and therefore can't offer meaningful support for earlier
versions, but I hope this helps.
