In the sleuthing, it may be helpful to know when these errors first
appeared. The earliest I know was in Robert's of 11/6, "Subject: Re: Much
easier way to do file comparison" where code came through with about three
extra spaces. I'll both put the code below (as I received it, unless new
errors occur) and attach as a zip.
