Thanks, Chris. We don't have any PDFs yet, as we haven't gotten Acrobat
for the office yet. (No point buying software--we had to get a new PC
when the Dell died--before we have anything to publish, and the authors
are all doing it in their nonexistent spare time.) Once we get Acrobat, I
may take you up on that. And profound apologies for assuming you were a
guy.
