Is a lower resolution setting really so bad?
Yes, unless you have discovered a way of physically changing the size
of LCD pixels. As far as I know, there's only one size of pixel
available on an LCD screen - - the size it uses at its maximum res.
Anything below that has to be (necessarily badly) faked.
Jon, re space saving, it may not be in the dimensions you want, but
what about Apple's ultraportable?
