Xy3+ on NT 4

I'd like to phase out my old DOS 5/Win 3.1 machine to reduce equipment
clutter. It will all depend on whether I can get XyWrite 3+ to work as
trouble-free on my NT 4 machine as it does on the old one.

To load XyWrite on the NT machine, I should do so from the MS-DOS Command
window, right?

And do the XyWrite program files need to reside in the same directory as
the DOS stuff (wherever that is)?
