Part of the spam problem is that the Feds simply don't give a damn -- friend
of mine got an invitation by e-mail to view kiddie pornography. The local
FBI office (in Philadelphia) were hostile when he tried to report it. The
U.S. Attorney's office didn't have the remotest idea what headers are when
he tried to forward them the headers. The office of the anctimonious
Pennsulvania senator, Santorum, didn't return a call on the subject.
