Re: notes on Speedo fonts

I will ask my friends at Bistream if it is possible to get a nice
Century in Speedo format. Perhaps the best version of all, Ruzicka's
Primer from the 1950s, called Century 751 in Bitstream's nomenclature,
and available only as roman and italic, might be made available, but I
doubt it.
Maybe you could ask your friends at Bitstream about the difference
between Speedos used in Linux Distros (X11) and XyWrite (and the
possibility of easy conversion), because I have located the following
Speedo fonts in X11 format:

Zapf Calligraphic 801 SWA, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic (similar to Palatino)
Swiss 721 Narrow SWA, Oblique, Bold, Bold Oblique (similar to Helvetica Narrow)
Century Schoolbook SWA, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic
IT Garamond SWA Light, Light Italic
ITC Garamond SWA Bold, Bold Italic
Century Schoolbook, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic
Swiss 721 Light, Swiss 721 Light Italic
Swiss 721 Black, Black Italic
Souvenir Light, Light Italic, Demi, Demi Italic
Lubalin Graph Book, Book Oblique, Demi, Demi Oblique
Dutch 801 SWA Roman, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic
Swiss 721 SWA Roman, Oblique, Bold, Bold Oblique
Courier SWA, Italic, Bold, Bold Italic
Korinna SWA Regular, Kursiv, Bold, Kursiv Bold
