NE arrow

Okay, one last try...
I have loaded mak3bytr, putchar, and ansi all into my u2 file. They
"took" as proved by the fact that I get the "help" for each of them.
But in no way can I get a northeast arrow. I tried m3
255-252-13 and ansi 236; both gave accented
characters but no NE arrow. I tried with and without ufwingdings sy8M.

I'm doing this only out of curiosity, so don't break you skulls over this.
