XyWrite 4 and Win98 2nd Ed.

Hi,
I am new to this list just having found out about it last night while
surfing, so if this question has been answered, please just direct me to
where the message is archived. I have just bought a Dell 400 mz celeron
with Win98 2nd ed. running on it, but have not been able to get XyWrite IV
to work on it, except when I restart the computer in DOS, and then the
computer completely locks up when I close the editing session. The last
time I actually installed XyWrite was 4 or 5 years ago on a 386 with Win
3.1. Since then, I have simply copied the Xy4 and Btfonts directories and
their files to floppies and then to the hard drive on newer computers,
including one that ran Win98 1st ed. Each time this has been successful up
to now. I have not tried to actually "install" XyIV on the new computer,
just copied the files from the old computer. Any suggestions about
tweaking settings or what I need to do to install it so it works?
