No idea whether this is a local issue or a larger one, but on a new Windows 11 Pro system, Firefox downloads from lexitec.fi, as well as other links provided here (Carl's as well), result in this message

On Chrome, it's

"This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.lexitec.fi sent an invalid response.

There is no apparent way to override.  A Windows 7 machine on the same internet connection downloads these files without issue.  I'm a tyro on 11, and never used 10, so that may explain it(?)
